Contractor Instructions
For everyone who has a contract to work on EastLink
All contractors and subcontractors who have a valid contract to undertake work on EastLink must adhere to the EastLink Safety Induction and Work Authority Permits programs. If you are not fully compliant with all our requirements, you will not be able to work on EastLink.
Safety Induction and Work Authority Permit programs
On behalf of ConnectEast (the owner and operator of EastLink), Broadspectrum operates the EastLink Safety Induction and Work Authority Permit programs. These programs are administered via the Permitted online system.
Arranging Safety Induction
Every individual who will work on-site must have completed the EastLink Safety Induction and have current accreditation:

Applying for a Work Authority Permit
All works must have an approved Work Authority Permit (WAP) prior to commencement:
