FACILITY TO SELL UNMARKETABLE UNITHOLDINGS

ConnectEast is providing an opportunity for eligible unitholders to sell their unitholding without incurring any brokerage or handling costs (Sale Facility).
The Sale Facility is available to eligible unitholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand who at 7pm (AEST) on 27 July 2010 (Record Date) were holders of fully paid ordinary stapled units in ConnectEast Group (ConnectEast Units) with a market value of less than $500 (Unmarketable Parcel).
