Amendment of Early Completion Bonus and Settlement of Supreme Court Proceedings and Claims
ConnectEast Group today reached conditional agreement with Thiess John Holland (TJH) on amendment of the formula for calculation of TJH's bonus for early completion of EastLink and on settlement of the Supreme Court proceedings commenced by TJH on 7 September 2009 and other claims.
ConnectEast's Managing Director, Dennis Cliche, said that resolving these matters with TJH would provide each party with fair recognition for the early completion and opening of EastLink and would allow ConnectEast's management to fully focus on driving EastLink's performance.
